Book your room online in our booking portal. You will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail within 15 minutes.
At the earliest 3 days before arrival you will receive an e-mail with a link to fill in the legally required registration information with your personal data. This information is required for later check-in and can be provided at any time up to that point.
On the evening before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail asking you to pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard, each with 3d - secure). Payment is required for later check-in and can be made at any time up to check-in. You can also pay by EC card at the iPad in the lobby.
On the day of arrival, you will receive a link to digital check-in by email and text message at around 3.00 pm, which you can then complete conveniently from your smartphone, PC or iPAd at the lobby.
The check-in invitation is always sent at around 15:00. If your room is ready before this time, you can also check in earlier on the day of arrival. However, we cannot guarantee this. If the check-in does not work before you receive the check-in invitation, your room is not yet ready for you.
Once you have completed check-in, you will receive a confirmation by email and your smartphone access to the electronic room key and you can immediately open the entrances to the house and your room with your smartphone. You have the option of sharing the electronic room key with your room partner by simply forwarding the confirmation email. The main entrance door can also be opened at any time with a credit card or via the intercom system. You can also encode room cards on the iPad in the lobby if you wish. A complete check-in is also possible on the iPad in the lobby if necessary.
A check-out is not necessary but is recommended for secure invoice dispatch. You will receive an e-mail and a text message on the day of departure. A business billing address, for example, can also be provided at check-out. An automatic check-out takes place at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, after which the doors can no longer be opened and no new billing address can be processed.
Luggage can be left in the wardrobe on the day of arrival and departure (without liability, but with camera surveillance in the area).
